About Me
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), supervised by a licensed clinician, dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges and improving their emotional well-being. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and trauma-informed care.
My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s okay to feel unsure. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. We’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, focusing on building insight and practical tools to help you move forward.
I support clients in developing emotional awareness, strengthening relationships, and building practical coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. My work focuses on areas such as anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients gain insight into their patterns, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to empower each client to grow with confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
