About Me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychobiology from University of California, Riverside and my master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage, Child and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I am also a credentialed school psychologist, experienced in working with children and adolescents with a range of learning disabilities, including Emotional Disturbance. I am Bilingual in Egyptian Arabic, and offer counseling from a Christian perspective upon request. With over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples, I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions.
My goal is to provide a space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work toward positive change at your own pace. Therapy is a journey, and some sessions may feel uplifting while others may be more challenging—but every step is part of the process.
