About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and certified in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Clinical Hypnotherapy. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, codependency, addiction, inner child, interpersonal challenges, and unresolved childhood trauma.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and trauma-informed. I listen beyond words to help clients uncover patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with their inner strength. I believe that real change happens when you’re met with compassion, practical tools, and a safe space to explore and grow.
You don’t have to go through this alone—let’s take the next step together.
My own journey into therapy began in my 20s, after growing up in a dysfunctional family. Committing to my healing helped me rebuild my sense of self and live a more connected, fulfilling life. That experience continues to inspire the way I show up for others.
In our work together, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you’ll be met with compassion and without judgment. I bring both clinical expertise and intuitive insight to help you explore what’s holding you back—whether it’s anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship patterns, or unresolved trauma. We’ll move at your pace, building awareness, developing coping tools, and creating meaningful change. You don’t have to do this alone—I’ll be with you every step of the way.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from anxiety, codependency, addiction, childhood trauma, and relationship struggles. Much of this work involves exploring early attachment patterns and connecting with the inner child—the younger parts of ourselves that still carry emotional pain, unmet needs, and protective behaviors.
Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, DBT, clinical hypnotherapy, and intuitive insight, I help clients identify the root of their patterns and develop the awareness and tools needed to create real, lasting change. Together, we’ll work to shift attachment wounds, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the strength and worth that’s always been within you.
Growth in therapy isn’t about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming more fully yourself. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
