I work with adults using a variety of therapeutic approaches to address anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. I use a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to help my clients get the most out of sessions. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Mindful Self-Compassion as foundational tools that can help individuals from all walks of life.
