Hi there! I'm Diana, a Licensed Therapist (LMFT & LPCC) specializing in depression, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where you can explore your emotions, even the ones you might not realize you're suppressing. I use a technique called Brainspotting, which taps into the mind-body connection to help you unlock and process those hidden feelings. It's a gentle but powerful way to get to the heart of what's been holding you back. In addition to Brainspotting, I also use evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused interventions, and psychodynamic approaches. These interventions offer practical tools to help you change negative thought patterns, embrace mindfulness, focus on solutions that work for you, and explore deeper emotional dynamics and patterns from your past that might be influencing your present.
