As a client-centered clinician, my aim is to provide the most efficient, clear and helpful standard of care. With a goal-oriented approach, each treatment plan is personalized to meet the short-term and long-term needs of those I see. My process is collaborative, psycho-educational, and supportive.
Additionally, I have extensive training in Family Systems Theory (Chosen Family & Family of Origin), Attachment Theory, CBT, Personality Disorders, Addiction Related Disorders, Shame Resilience, Reiki Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Grief Counseling, Generational Trauma, and General Trauma Treatment.
In my advocacy work, I am invested in providing mental health services to underserved communities, destigmatizing mental health, and eliminating cultural & behavioral misrepresentations.
