Hello! I am Ashley, I have a sincere interest in the clients I help. I make every effort to have client’s feel accepted, safe and most importantly, heard. I strive to actively listen to and understand my clients' struggles and goals for their lives. If you are looking to discuss a particular concern or if you need a sympathetic ear, I am there to listen carefully and kindly. I make every attempt to make people feel comfortable while making new discoveries on your journey.
I hold a master’s degree in Marriage Family Therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over nine years of experience. I previously worked as a Social Worker for five years with children and their families. My areas of knowledge include depression, anxiety, life transitions, co-occurring disorders, substance abuse problems, relationship issues, workplace stress, and anger management. My style of working with clients is active and solution focused. I integrate a strengths-based, client-centered approach that helps to develop the client's level of motivation for growth and change.
