I am dedicated to providing my clients with compassionate care and we can work together to build on a good life and personal growth. I strive to empower individuals, families, and caregivers. My goal is to show you and encourage you to apply positive and healthy coping mechanisms when dealing with daily stress, life’s challenges, and your own unique struggles. We all have vulnerabilities, and I would like to help equip you to embrace those. By doing this, we can develop a concrete plan that is both progressive and client centered.

I have 24 years of experience working in the mental health field and I am certified in DBT, Anxiety and ADHD. I am passionate about my work and hope to bring that out in your work as well.

Aside from my work in mental health, I enjoy watching movies, playing tennis, riding my bicycle on the beach, traveling, and most of all, listening to music and playing the ukulele. I’m looking forward to working with you. I can also provide services in Tagalog
