With 16 + years of clinical experience, I specialize in evidence-based treatments for a wide range of conditions such as depression, anxiety, historical and/recent trauma, difficult life transitions, grief & loss, relationship issues, interpersonal partner abuse, perinatal mental health, adverse childhood experiences, and family conflict. I have found that much of my passion rests in the treatment of helping adults discover and honor their truth – integrating their authentic self in various areas of their life. Whether it be life transitions, challenging relationship issues, trauma, acclimating to a new community, or seeking help to strengthen who you are as an individual, it can be difficult to navigate.

I am here to help you to sort out the barriers and identify what may be holding you back from being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live. I strive to create a safe space by establishing mutual respect, being present, and honoring your individuality. I offer a warm, collaborative approach to guide you through strength-based interventions tailored to your needs. Together we will identify hindering behavioral patterns, navigate ways to reframe unhelpful thoughts, and discard limiting core beliefs that don’t serve you. Through reflection, increased insight, a developed sense of empowerment, and the application of effective coping strategies – we can work together to create achievable outcomes. Together we may aim to integrate wounded parts of self into the therapeutic process, end personal suffering, and seek wholeness.
